HEALTHY SPINE PACKAGE:

REHABILITATION PACKAGE after COVID-19
A package dedicated to people who have passed COVID-19. The rehabilitation program is aimed at reducing postmedical complications, often related to blood pressure disorders, decreased respiratory efficiency (including shortness of breath, coughing attacks), soreness and muscle atrophy, and general weakness of the body.
The purpose of the rehabilitation package is as follows:
- Assessment of the patient’s health,
- Improvement of exercise and circulatory capacity,
- Improving muscle strength,
- Improving the work of the respiratory muscles,
- Improving overall physical fitness.
The package includes:
- Consultation of a specialist doctor,
- Spirometry (before and after rehabilitation),
- Physical procedures ordered by a specialist physician, i.e., cryotherapy, massage, breathing exercises, myofascial therapy, and central stabilization exercises.
Respiratory and general rehabilitation physiotherapy is an integral part of the comprehensive treatment of patients after COVID-19. A well-developed and conducted therapy supports the body in regeneration and allows the patient to return to the previous fitness.
Variant 1:
Consultation of a specialist doctor, spirometry before and after rehabilitation, manual massage (if there are medical contraindications: Vitafon or BOA pneumatic massage), general respiratory exercises, 1 physical treatment.

REHABILITATION PACKAGE FOR AMAZONES
A package dedicated to women after breast mastectomy. The rehabilitation program for the Amazons is designed to ensure therapeutic continuity after oncological treatments and to actively support the return to professional and family life, in particular the prevention of lymphoedema.
The main tasks of rehabilitation of women after mastectomy are as follows:
- Health assessment,
- Improving the flexibility of postoperative scars,
- reduction of secondary lymphedema,
- Increasing the range of mobility in the joints on the operated side.
The package includes:
- Consultation of a specialist doctor
- Manual lymphatic drainage
- Lymphatic drainage – pneumatic BOA
- Physical procedures recommended by a specialist doctor: relieving exercises, individual gymnastics, anti-swelling, increasing
range of mobility of the shoulder joint, general improvement or respiratory
