The health insurance (family) doctor decides about the possibility of using this form of therapeutic rehabilitation, and information about the indications for home rehabilitation must be included on the referral issued, along with information about comorbidities.
A patient with a pronounced significant degree of disability is entitled to rehabilitation up to eighty treatment days at home in a calendar year, up to ten days a month.
